Executive Director

RJ Caswell is a Licensed Professional Counselor in NC and a National Certified Counselor.  He received a B.A. in Religion from Wofford College in 1996 and a M.Ed. in Counseling from The Citadel in 2000.  RJ spent 8 years serving children and families in school settings as a counselor in Tennessee and Charlotte, NC.  He co-founded Weaving Families in 2008 with his wife Rebecca who he married in 1998. They are blessed to be the parents of four children through the miracle of adoption.
